About me
As a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist and Certified Holistic Health Coach focused on Sleep health, I'm on a mission to help people sleep better and live healthier, happier lives. I've seen firsthand the transformative power of quality sleep - it's like magic! It can reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve overall wellbeing. But I know it's not always easy to achieve. That's why I've dedicated my career to helping people optimize their sleep using a unique blend of ancestral wisdom, modern technology, and biohacking techniques.
My approach is all about considering the whole person and creating balance in all areas of life. I believe that sleep is the foundation of health, and by starting there, we can make powerful changes that ripple out into every aspect of our lives.
I'm also very interested in human evolution and use it as a way to guide my practice. Personal growth is very important to me and I love being able to help people grow and improve their lives by educating and encouraging them to prioritize their health.
The Curriculum
